Business Booms Super Bowl Weekend

As football fans gear up for Super Bowl XLVIII restaurants in East Central Illinois are also getting ready for game time on Sunday.Managers at Rosati's in Urbana and Wingin Out in Champaign say Sunday will be one of the biggest nights of the year. Preparations started early for both places.Rosati's staff says they have prepared a lot of cheese while Wingin Out's owner says they ordered extra chicken wings because last year they sold more than 16,000. "The pizza and the wings for sure. Wings are, they fly, they grow wings and fly," Rosati's Manager Cece Kimble said."It's just a jam packed time. We actually, for the last two years had to close the doors and stop taking orders for a couple hours just because we had too many," Wingin Out Owner Tim Skov said.Skov says business Super Bowl Sunday will be about four times busier than a typical Sunday night. Workers from both locations say they have a number of pre-orders to fill.
