The Champaign County NAACP Education Committee recognizes that bullying is an on-going problem and wanted to make sure kids and parents have the tools to identify, prevent and fight bullying.
The kids who attended received a free t-shirt as well as a free book.
Incoming Champaign Police Chief Anthony Cobb and Champaign Unit Four Superintendent Judy Wiegand talked to students and parents at the event.
