CHICAGO (AP) -- The Chicago Bulls don't play again until Tuesday, when they travel to Memphis to face the Grizzlies. Last night on the road, the undermanned Bulls lost 108-95 to the Miami Heat. The loss was Chicago's seventh in a row. The Bulls played without their top three scorers Derrick Rose, Luol Deng and Joakim Noah, who are all injured.
UNDATED (AP) -- Some more spring training action today for both Chicago teams. A White Sox split squad will play the Milwaukee Brewers in Glendale, Arizona. And split squads for the Cubs and the White Sox face each other in a game in Las Vegas. A Cubs split squad will also play the Cincinnati Reds in Mesa, Arizona.
UNDATED (AP) -- In college hoops today, the Illinois men's team will play Ohio State in the semifinals of the Big Ten Conference in Indianapolis. And the Illinois State women's team will go up against Northern Iowa in the Missouri Valley Conference semifinals in St. Charles, Missouri.
PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- The Chicago Blackhawks will be in Philadelphia today against the Flyers. Chicago is cruising toward its first division title in 17 years. And the Blackhawks could gain a share of the Western Conference lead with their first road win over the Flyers in more than 13 years.
