IN THE KITCHEN
Serves 7-8
1 lb. Meijer Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp. Meijer Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-15.5 oz. cans of Meijer Select Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
1-24 oz. jar Meijer Naturals Corn and Black Bean Salsa
2 cups Meijer Organics Chicken Broth
-2 cups of chicken broth
Cut Chicken into bite size pieces. Sauté chicken in oil until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan or Crockpot and cook until heated through. Serve and enjoy!

Cheesy Tailgate Football
Serves 10-12
1-8 oz. container Meijer Light Cream Cheese, softened
1-8 oz. container Meijer Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese, softened
1-8 oz. container Meijer Onion and Chive Cream Cheese, softened
1-4 oz. pkg. Goat Cheese, softened
2 cups Meijer Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, and mozzarella cheese until smooth. Put cheese mixture in football mold wrapped with plastic wrap. Put mold in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove cheese from mold, flip over on flat place and top with your favorite toppings. (To have cheese ball look like a football, cover with coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans and use cucumbers for the laces or pipe cream cheese through a plastic bag.)
Serve with TLC 7 Grain Crackers or fresh vegetables

1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lb. bag of ice
Combine ingredients and serve along side your favorite tailgate recipes.
