IN THE KITCHEN
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
6-8 Sliced Apples
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 beaten egg
Directions:
1. Mix together 1 cup of sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and place in bottom of a 9x13 pan
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together except for the apples with a pastry cutter or my favorite stand my a fork just until it is dry crumbly mixture. Then top your apples with this.
3. In separate bowl slice apples (6-8) and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and mix together.
4. Place on top of mixture already in pan.
5. Take one stick of butter and melt it, pour it over the top of the apple crisp. This will not only add
flavor but it allows the topping to brown. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 or until golden brown.
