IN THE KITCHEN
19 oz. fresh bread dough
4 c. mozarella cheese
sprinkling of parmesan and cheddar cheeses
dash of italian seasoning
3 medium-sized mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. green olives
1/2 c. black olives
24 slices pepperoni
melted butter
1 c. marina sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out dough into a rectangle shape.
Layer ingredients starting with mozarella.
Fold over dough and flip so the seam is facing down.
Spread butter over the top.
Cut slits in dough to vent while cooking.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Slice and serve with marina.
