IN THE KITCHEN
Manolo's Empanadas:
Puff Pastry Crust
Filling of your choice (ie: marinara, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese or minced chicken and jalapenos)
Preheat oven to 350.
Flatten pie crust into 3x3 inch squares.
Put 2 tablesppons of filling in the middle.
Fold the pastry over and press the edges together to prevent it from leaking.
Put empanada in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
