IN THE KITCHEN
Bread Pudding:
3 - 4 Cups Soft / Day old Bread cubes
2 Cups Milk
2 Tlb of Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 Eggs
Butterscotch Sauce:
1/2 stick butter
1 Cup Water
1 1/2 Tlb Cornstarch
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Bread Pudding:
In a large mixing bowl add your bread cubes, brown sugar, white sugar,
cinnamon, salt. In a separate bowl beat your eggs together and then
add to your dry ingredients. Once you have your scaled milk and it
has cool some pour over your dry ingredients and gently mix all of it
together.
Pour into a greased loaf pan and place in a water bath pan. Bake at
350 for 40 - 45 minutes
Butterscotch Sauce:

1 Cup Water
1 1/2 Tlb Cornstarch Mix together and wisk into butter and water
1 Cup Brown Sugar
Cook on Med heat until boiling and thickened add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
once it has thickened.
