IN THE KITCHEN
8 oz. ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 c. onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. mushroom, thinly sliced
steak seasoning to taste
2 slices provolone cheese
1 ft. long roll Italian bread
Directions:
Cook ribeye in skillet for about 4 minutes or until browned. Use spatula to separate into smaller pieces. Add vegetables and continue to cook. Sprinkle with steak seasoning. When steak and vegetables are brown add provolone to the top. Wait for cheese to melt and then put it all on your bread. Enjoy!
