So, It's about time Jackie Borchardt gets some recognition for all her hard work. That's why she's this week's golden apple award winner.
Ms. Borchardt not only inspires her students, but she's inspired others to be teachers.
"My grandmother ran a camp for children with disabilities for many years, so I kind of got used to working with kids during the summer when I would camp with her. So that's where I got my love for teaching."
With the school year wrapping up, Ms. Borchardt is our last Golden Apple for this school year. So hold onto your nominations for next year.
