GOLDEN APPLE AWARD

CHAMPAIGN -- He's been a teacher for more than 25 years and loves the challenges he faces everyday in the classroom. That's why this week's golden apple award winner is Mr. Dean Dillon from the Pavilion Foundation School in Champaign. Several parents credit Mr. Dillon with helping get their students off to college, but it doesn't end there. Former students are so fond of him Mr. Dillon gave one of them away at her wedding. But for him, it's all about helping people.
