A local legislator is trying to repeal the law that gives undocumented immigrants the opportunity to legally drive in Illinois.
Republican representative Adam Brown introduced a bill to reverse the law previously passed last month by the general assembly.
It
gives illegal immigrants the opportunity to get a temporary driver's
license if they can prove they've lived in Illinois for one year and
pass a driving test.
