HOMER--The Homer Village Board passes a motion, to continue forward with a contract, to sell Sunrise Coal commercial use water.
This means potable water, and sewage services for the Terre-Haute based company.
Yet another Homer Village Board meeting, full of residents, voicing their concerns, on selling water to a future coal mine.
The mine would be four miles south of Homer.
A special meeting has been set, to discuss a revised contract between Sunrise and the Village of Homer, to sell commercial use water.
That meeting is set for November 26th at 7 pm at the Village Hall.
