CHAMPAIGN COUNTY--Last minute preparations are being made, with Election Day less than 8 hours away.
100 polling places will be available for voters in Champaign County.
Around 650 election judges are volunteering their time, to make sure your votes get counted.
Everthing is set in places at all polling places.
Judges will arrive at 5 am, and polls open at 6 am.
Something new this year, voters will check in via laptops, but will still sign in on paper.
If you're a first time voter, the county clerk said to bring a photo ID.
For people who have voted before, you'll just need to sign in, when you grab your ballot.
19,457 have already cast their ballots, through early voting and absentee ballots.
The county clerk anticipates around another 1,000 absentee ballots to arrive, making it over 20,000 votes casted before Election Day.
This breaks the record from 2008, as only 8,700 votes were cast before Election Day.
