HOMER-- Sunrise Coal has agreed to reimburse the Village of Homer for legal and expert advice when it comes to looking closer at the coal mine's request for water and sewer services.
Basically what this means is the village wants to explore the legality of selling it's water and sewage services to Sunrise.
However the village doesn't have the money to pick up the tab so Sunrise agreed to help out financially.
Some residents think the village should be focusing its energy elsewhere.
