Shrimp Po'Boy w/ Remoulade Sauce
4oz of pre-cooked or raw shrimp
Oil for cooking
1/2 cup minced parsley
1 3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 T horseradish
3 T lemon juice
1 T Mary's Mix
3/4 c mayo
equal parts flour and cornmeal. Place shrimp in mix and coat. Heat oil
in skillet. Place shrimp in skillet and cook until shrimp turns pink or
if using pre-cooked shrimp for about 1 minute or until coating turn a
golden color. Drain on paper towel. Place bun open and face up. Top with
shrimp, shredded lettuce and remoulade sauce.
Combine all ingredients and whisk until blended. Don't over whisk or you will breakdown the sauce and it will separate.
