In the Kitchen - Kale Chips
1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, for sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes.
Garlic and Herb Chip Dip
- 3/4 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt $
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 ounces baked potato chips $
- In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic clove, chopped chives, salt, pepper, dried dill, and lemon juice; serve with baked potato chips.
Light Berry Cosmo
1.5 oz Raspberry Pomegranate Smirnoff Sorbet Light
2 oz Cranberry Juice
